For the items with no stock on hand, you will have to place order with us and we produce on your demand.
About Your Order (Order process, MOQ, Payment, Delivery, Samples)
Order process (These are steps of how you can begin to work with us)
1. Register at left panel , Complete our customer form with Company Name, Tel No. Fax No. Mobile No.
correct email address and brief company description and email or fax it back to us;
2. Please view our catalogue on the website and tick the item No or send your design or/and samples to us.
3. We will study your requirements and contact you through email for clarifications;
4. Once you confirm the final job scope, we will quote our rate charges;
5. Upon agreement of our rate charges, we will send our proforma invoice to you with our bank information.;
6. We will, on receipt of payment, produce a sample of your requirement for you to decide on mass production
(samples will take 14-21 days to make);
7. If you are satisfied with the sample, you may send us a Purchase Order of the required quantities.
8. On receipt of payment or 30%deposit, we will start to produce your order,it will take 20-45 days to deliver this order;
9. We will email & fax our Invoice to you for payment of the remaining 70% balance of this order 7 days before
the production is completed
10. On receipt of final payment we will ship the order;
Minimum order quantity
(to reduce the production cost and give more margin to our customer)
Usually our mini order for Silver jewelry: bracelet is 50pcs, pendent 50pcs, ring 50pcs each size for each item, necklace 50pcs, cufflinks, earring 50 pairs. For Steel jewelry: bracelet is 100pcs, pendent 100pcs, ring 100pcs each size for each item, necklace 100pcs, cufflinks, earring 100 pairs
Payment Our payment terms is 30% deposit with the order and 70% balance T/T paid 7 days before shipment. If the amount is small, it’s better to full pay with the order to save the bank charges. We do not accept cheque, Credit Card, D/P. We accept PAYPAL.
Delivery
We will start to produce your order after get your deposit or full payment.
the lead time is about 20-45 days. Our shipping terms is FCA China/ HongKong, freight and insurance is covered buy buyer
Samples
No problem for us to send you samples if we have stock, but you will have to pay the freight and cost. Our samples free of charge only send to our regular customers.
